- Trevor Owen began his photography career in 1985 as a freelance photographer concentrating on Fine Art prints and Editorial work.
- He opened "Owen Photography", a full service photography studio in Regina, Saskatchewan in 1990.
- Trevor covers a variety of disciplines from Corporate, Commercial and Fashion to Wedding and Portrait Photography.
- He shot traditional film for 16 years and offered full in-house darkroom and retouching services - Now captures entirely digitally and services all of his clients Online.
- Trevor is the recipient of the "Craftsman of Photographic Arts" designation as awarded by the Professional Photographers of Canada.
- He is a member of both PPOC, the Professional Photographers of Canada and PPOC-SK (SPPA, the Saskatchewan Professional Photographers Association).
- Trevor has been an active speaker and presenter to both professional associations and amateur photographic groups since 1995.
- Trevor is the winner of a variety of print competition awards in Fashion, Portrait, illustrative and Commercial disciplines.
- He is an Accredited Portrait & Environmental Wedding photographer and is certified as a print competition juror as recognized by PPOC.
- In 2006. Trevor was honoured as one of Canada's Distinguished Professional Photographers by CAPA.
- In 2005, Trevor was a recipient of the Kodak Gallery Award for Photographic Excellence in Commercial Photography.
